About the event
The International Forum «Polar Bear Universe: Joining Forces to Preserve Biodiversity» is held under the auspices of the Nevsky International Environmental Congress (NIEC), which sets the direction for addressing critical environmental issues and shaping Russia's sustainable development path.
The NIEC is organized by the Government of Russia, the Federation Council, the Interparliamentary Assembly of CIS Member States, and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, with the Roscongress Foundation acting as the event operator.

The expert group at the organizing committee reserves the right to select reports in accordance with the goals and topics of the conference.
